Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

No, this service is offered with care and without additional cost. We understand that filling an urn can be a meaningful and emotional moment, which is why we offer the option to do this together in a calm and dedicated space.
If you choose to make use of this service, we invite you to visit us by appointment. A specialist will carefully place the ashes into the urn for you. If any ashes remain, they will of course be returned to you in the original container.
For items purchased with us, this service is entirely complimentary. The process typically takes around 15 minutes, and you are welcome to take your time while you are with us.
Returns
You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. This means you must inform us within 14 days that you wish to return the item. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product in its original packaging.

To ensure a smooth process, please let us know that you would like to return an item. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, which you can attach to the original box. You can then drop off the parcel with a local carrier, and we will take care of the rest.

It is not possible to exchange items directly through the webshop. If you would like a different product, size, or color, you can return the original item (within 14 days after cancellation) and place a new order.
